How your inquiry is handled

Your name, email address, team details, timeline, and description are used by Rahul Kant Jha to assess your inquiry and respond. An inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

The inquiry service is designed to store requests with Cloudflare and send notifications through Resend. Delivered requests are removed from the website database after 90 days. Email correspondence is stored separately in the receiving mailbox; you can request deletion by contacting Rahul.

Please do not include credentials, personal information about your customers, or confidential source code. If the inquiry becomes an engagement, agree appropriate confidentiality and access arrangements before sharing that material.

Booking takes place through Calendly under its own privacy policy. The website counts contact-page visits and booking-link clicks without sending the form contents to analytics. A click is not treated as a completed booking. Abuse protection uses a salted, rotating network-address digest, which is removed by scheduled cleanup after expiry; raw network addresses are not stored in the inquiry database. Cloudflare may maintain its own operational logs.
