Yes. IST is 9.5 hours ahead of EST (10.5 ahead of PST). My working day includes 6:30–9:30 PM IST, which gives 3+ hours of overlap with EST morning (8–10 AM ET). I provide daily written updates and am available on Slack. For PST teams, we use async communication with scheduled weekly syncs — I've done this successfully with US-based teams at Oracle.
